D.C. police are trying to locate a 13-year-old girl who was last seen in Southeast D.C. yesterday

Vinice Dewayne Edwards was last seen in the 2000 block of Savannah Terrace SE at 8 p.m. Thursday. From MPD:

Vinice Dewayne Edwards is described as a medium brown complexioned black female, 5’3”-5’4” in height, 120 lbs in weight, with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a red and white stone-wash sleeveless shirt, blue jeans, and white flat shoes.
