THEATRE: Stupid Fucking Bird, a “remix” of Chekhov’s The Seagull, is back at Woolly Mammoth Theatre. It’s also pay-what-you-can, but try not to be so fucking cheap. Woolly Mammoth Theatre (641 D Street NW) 8 p.m. PWYC tickets go on sale at 6 p.m. Cash or check only.

CHEESE: Sona Creamery and Wine Bar, the District’s only onsite creamery, is hosting a pairing class. Can you guess what they’ll be pairing cheese with? Nope, not wine. Cocktails! SLASHER FILM: Italian cinematographer-turned-director Mario Bava would have been 100 this Thursday. To celebrate his achievements, AFI Silver Theatre is screening some of his best work throughout the week. Tonight’s feature is Blood and Black Lace, a film that many site to be the inspiration for the slasher genre (many models are slashed in this film). TUESDAY: One Medical, the membership-based primary care practice, recently opened up a new location in Dupont. That can only mean one thing: Party! Meet the primary care team over some wine. THURSDAY: Learn everything you wanted to know about dinosaurs as The Liaison Capitol Hill and the Smithsonian’s National Museum of Natural History present “Dive Into Dinosaurs.” Dr. Matthew Carrano will answer all your questions while sharing his personal fossil collection. Daikaya’s beverage director, Lukas Smith, will be guest bartending, with partial proceeds from the drinks benefitting the National Fossil Hall.
