Google’s same-day delivery service has expanded to D.C.

The service, re-branded as Google Express, began service in D.C., Boston and Chicago this week. Delivery from Babies”R”Us, Barnes & Noble, Costco, Giant, the Guitar Center, L’Occitane, Sports Authority, Staples and Walgreens is available in D.C. (Yes, all of D.C.)

Membership costs $95 per year, or $4.95 per order, with the first three months free to new subscribers.

Beyond Google Express’ closest rival, Amazon, D.C. residents are also served by Instacart and Uber‘s corner store service.
