The man who allegedly jumped a White House fence this month before being taken down by dogs has been ruled incompetent to stand trial by a federal judge.

The Associated Press reports that 23-year-old Dominic Adesanya “was ordered to undergo psychiatric evaluation and treatment for the next 45 days.” He then screamed “I’m targeted! This is a scheme! This is a trap!,” and was carried from the courtroom, according to WUSA9.

Adesanya has been charged with unlawfully entering federal grounds and assaulting law enforcement officers, who in this case of two Belgian Malinois named Jordan and Hurricane. He’s expected in D.C. Superior Court tomorrow on old, similar charges.
