In his recent piece on supper clubs and private dining, DCist contributor Jordan Anthony-Brown highlighted Tom Madrecki’s Chez Le Commis, which was primarily run out of his apartment — until now.

The November 17th dinner will take place at Le Bon Cafe on Capitol Hill, as Young & Hungry first reported, a new venue that will become a more regular location. Diners who email chezlecommis@gmail.com between 6 and 7 p.m. today will be entered into a lottery and randomly selected for a 6:30 p.m. seating in November. A second seating around 8:30 p.m. will be first-come, first-served.

The four-course menu, which will set a person back $60, will feature:

An “Arpege Egg”: Roe, Smoke, Maple, Vinegar
Black Cod, Cabbage, Ginger, Chicken Skin
Aged Beef, Fried Herbs, Raw Onion, Pickles
Tres Cremas
