Like a pizza button app before her, Taylor Swift has failed Washington, D.C. No, not by pulling her music off of Spotify, but by allowing D.C. to get retroceded to Maryland on her website.

In announcing her local stop on the 1989 world tour, Swift’s website says she’s scheduled to play Nationals Park in “Washington, D.C., Maryland” in July. Sorry, Swift, but we are never ever ever becoming part of Maryland.
