Concept C (as in conservation) from Colin and Sarah Hartman will be located next to DC Brau and will “specialize in bars made with cocoa beans from Brazil’s Amazon and Atlantic rainforests,” according to Young and Hungry. Yes, there will be tours and tastings. Colin Hartman’s Linkedin page describes the company as “a delicious and impactful project coming soon.” We’ll describe it as yet another thing that is trying to ruin our health and finances.
