For the 35th year, the National Menorah near the White House will be lit tonight as Hanukkah begins.
The lighting ceremony will begin at 4 p.m. on the Ellipse. Vice President Joe Biden is scheduled to speak, and the United States Army Band and the Three Cantors are scheduled to perform. Tickets are free and available here. Or you can watch the event here.
