On Saturday, DCist staff and friends celebrated the site’s 10th anniversary at Red Rocks H Street NE.

Despite not being able to arrive by streetcar, dozens of people — including past editors Michael Grass, Sommer Mathis, Aaron Morrissey and Benjamin Freed — still attended to enjoy booze, food and whale cake.

We want to thank Red Rocks H Street for being such an amazing host, with special appreciation to General Manager Patrice Cunningham. We also want to thank everyone who has read DCist over the past decade. Here’s to another ten years.
