Everyone’s favorite show about D.C. politics that doesn’t involve breaking the fourth wall in order to pontificate about the pleasures of barbecue ribs is almost back! Veep returns to HBO next month with President Selina Meyers firmly in control of our nation, Kent majoring in fortune cookies, Hugh Laurie spouting an American accent, Amy on a metaphorical life-support machine, and Gary channeling Wilson the volleyball. Oh, and thankfully, sweet beautiful Jonad is back in the White House.
