LADIES: Celebrate the best women-owned businesses in Petworth during Ladies Night at Annie’s Ace Hardware. Activities planned for the evening include an in-store scavenger hunt, raffle drawings, a Power Tool 101 workshop, bike clinic, and upcycled crafting with ScrapDC. CULTURE: Go Eat Give, a non-profit dedicated to promoting cross-cultural connection and understanding through food, travel, and community service, has arrived in D.C. At the launch event, meet founder and award-winning food and travel writer Sucheta Rawal, and learn about the volunteer trips currently scheduled in destinations including Cuba, Bali, and Italy.
