FISH: Fiona Lewis, owner of The District Fishwife at Union Market, teaches you how to pick, prepare, and cook fresh fish. In this hand-on class, students will learn to make pan seared garlic shrimp and whole baked fish with rice and nuoc cham dipping sauce.
