BIKES: After a winter hiatus, DC Bike Party is back. This month’s ride celebrates cherry blossoms and funk, with a Funk Parade playlist blasting as you ride around the cherry blossoms. The ride will end at Penn Social, but “remember: we celebrate AFTER the ride—not during,” so no drinking and riding people! Dupont Circle Fountain (1900 P Street NW) 7 p.m. Free

BEER: While everyone else is out riding a bike with the DC Bike Party, you can purchase DIY arts and crafts to benefit DC Bike Party, enter a raffle to win a New Belgium Cruiser bike, compete in the Slow Roll bike competition, and more.
