It’s hot as fuck today. Actually, it’s the hottest day of the year, so far.

As the Capital Weather Gang reports, the temperature in D.C. reached 95 degrees at noon today and with the heat index, it felt about 103 degrees. That is hot.

While today is the hottest day of 2015 thus far, it’s not the record for June 16, which was set in 1994 at 99 degrees. Moreover, it is the sixth day in a row we’ve had 90-plus degree weather, which is the longest 90=plus degree streak since July of 2013.

Tomorrow looks to be cooling down a little bit, with highs in the mid-80s. Anyway, here’s another picture of melting ice cream:
