If you didn’t happen to go outside last night—or didn’t log on to Instagram—the sky looked pretty weird after that crazy storm!

It looked especially red and weird (or beautiful, or apocalyptic, or [insert adjective here]) at Nats Park, after the storm cleared and the game was back on. But before the sky took on the hue of Mars’ surface, there was quite a bit of lightning action. Especially at Nats Park where an Instagram user captured this video of lightning striking a construction crane awfully close to the stadium.

The crane struck was at the site of Dock 79—part of the Anacostia riverfront project. A spokesperson representing MRP Realty says that no one was hurt and only the crane operator’s radio was damaged.
