You would’ve thought the deluge of thunderstorms on Saturday would’ve been enough, right? You thought wrong.

The entire D.C. metro area is under a Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 9 p.m. tonight, with potential for “damaging wind gusts and large hail,” according to the National Weather Service.

Capital Weather Gang says that the storms are likely to arrive between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. this evening. Most of the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic is under a sever thunderstorm watch this evening, which means you can’t escape the storms. Hunker down and wait it out.
