Sheryl Gay Stolberg, the New York Times’ Mid-Atlantic bureau chief, is about to get a flood of ranting emails.

The paper put out a call on Facebook today asking about people’s experiences—good and bad—commuting on “DC Metro” (first tip: no one calls it “DC Metro”).

“She’s interested in hearing from anyone who rides Metro, but especially daily commuters and frequent users. Please email her at stolberg@nytimes.com and include a little bit about your experience — not only escalator outages, train delays and safety concerns, but positive experiences as well.” the post reads.

Given the Gray Lady’s previous forays into the District, we can expect at least one mention of a blandly dressed lobbyist late to their steakhouse dinner because of track work.

As Express reporter Sadie Dingfelder put it:
