In just 17 minutes, Oliver deftly explains the history of D.C.’s lack of voting rights, why it’s completely messed up, and how simple of a fix it would be. Additionally, he makes fun of several members of Congress who just loooooooove to butt in to D.C. affairs (not that it’s hard to make fun of Jason Chaffetz and John Mica).
