The Metropolitan Police Department say they need help in locating two vehicles stolen over the weekend. The vehicles in question? Capitol Tour buses.

According to the MPD, the buses were stolen from a private lot in the 6100 block of Chillum Place NE on Saturday, September 12 at about 11 p.m. An MPD public information officer says that they don’t currently have any leads on where the two stolen tour buses might be.

The two stolen tour buses are both white and have “Capitol Tours” painted on the front and sides in maroon and gold lettering. One bus was made in 1998 and has the license plate number B49077 and the number 210 on the front.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of the two buses should contact MPD at 202-727-9099 or send an anonymous tip to 50411.
