Track work continues this weekend on Metro’s Red, Orange, Silver, and Blue Lines. But thanks to Wreaths Across America, delays on the Orange, Blue, and Silver Lines won’t start until 8 p.m. Saturday to accommodate the thousands of people expected to attend the non-profit’s event. Also, the Red Line’s Forest Glen station will be closed Sunday from 7 a.m. through 2 p.m.

Red Line

Trains every 18-20 minutes

Friday at 10 p.m. through closing Sunday:
Single tracking between Dupont Circle and Van Ness to allow for fastener renewal

Sunday 7 a.m. until 2 p.m.:
Additional single tracking between Silver Spring and Forest Glen due to a response drill at Forest Glen. Forest Glen Station will be closed during this time. Red Line trains will pass through the station without stopping. Free shuttle buses will be available between Forest Glen and Wheaton.

Orange Line

Normal service Saturday until 8 p.m.; Trains every 18 minutes Sunday

8 p.m. Saturday through closing Sunday:
Single tracking between McPherson Square and Foggy Bottom to allow for fastener renewal; trains every 18 minutes.

Silver Line

Normal service Saturday until 8 p.m.; Trains every 18 minutes Sunday

8 p.m. Saturday through closing Sunday:
Single tracking between McPherson Square and Foggy Bottom to allow for fastener renewal; trains every 18 minutes.

Blue Line

Normal service Saturday until 8 p.m.; Trains every 18 minutes Sunday

Yellow Line
