As promised, the Kush Gods are back.

A reader spotted the Mercedes S class car with the edible service’s signature marijuana bud design posted up right by 14th and L Street NW.

D.C. Police seized the three previous cars when they arrested Kush Gods owner Nicholas Cunningham and an associate shortly before Christmas, charging them with distribution of marijuana.

The car’s location does not violate Cunningham’s terms of release, which require he stay away from Chinatown and the U Street Corridor. Those locations are where the cars were most frequently parked from the summer up until the arrest, and passersby had gotten accustomed to walking up and making a “donation” in exchange for pot brownies or gummy bears.

Cunningham told DCist late last month that a new car was in the works, along with an app he publicly released on Christmas.
