Original: With the promise of a historic blizzard coming into town, more D.C. residents are thinking about snowballs than baseballs. But the Washington Nationals would like to change that.

The team today released its schedule for the 2016 season.

The Nationals home opener will be against the Miami Marlins on Thursday April 7 at 4:15 p.m., and final regular season game will also be against the Marlins on Sunday October 2.

The team also tweeted a tease about another news event.

According to a press please, that announcement will be a major concert at Nationals Stadium with Live Nation.
