Are you suffering from cabin fever? Former Ward 1 Councilmember Jim Graham has a solution for you. Enjoy a little male stripper action—free of charge.

Tonight, Graham will host a special edition of “Rock Hard Sundays,” the act that he promotes at The House, a Georgia Avenue strip club. Graham told Borderstan that the event, which normally holds a $10 admission fee, brings in about 160 people each week. But last week’s edition was cancelled due to Jonas.

This is Graham’s way of re-engaging with issues of concern to him in D.C., he said in an email announcement. The note also mentions his involvement in a homeless substance-abuse recovery program and his interest in immigrant issues.

Graham began marketing for the club last April, promoting nude male dancers who would wear bowties from his personal wardrobe.

While he admits that tonight’s invitation is not for everyone, he says there are many LGBT persons over 21 in the city who “may enjoy such entertainment.”
