A man was pulled down and dragged by a moving Blue Line train at L’Enfant Plaza station this morning. The incident occurred around 10 a.m., a Metro spokesperson told NBC4.
According to a witness, the station manager was late to the scene.

After his bag got stuck in the train door, the man was dragged for short distance, NBC4 reported. While he wasn’t seriously injured, he did sustain bruises and a laceration.
After delays on the Blue, Orange, and Silver Lines, Metro is up and running again.
Orange/Blue/Silver Line: Normal service has resumed at L’Enfant Plaza.
