We are all at our most vulnerable following invasive oral surgery—still zonked out on the pain meds and primed for drugged-out YouTube stardom.

The Phillips brothers of Leesburg, Virginia took full advantage of their sister Millicent’s wisdom teeth removal surgery to convince her that they were in the middle of a zombie outbreak. One of the brothers, Cabot, tweeted that friends, family, and even Millicent’s dentist participated in the prank.

Even with the aftereffects of anesthesia, Millicent stays savvy— she insists her brothers pack the family guns and arm her with more deadly weapons. She also wisely chooses the cat over the dog—a decision that doesn’t seem very difficult for her (“The cat, you idiot!”)
