Thanks to Emancipation Day, tax payers had three extra days to file. As the clock runs out today, local restaurants—from fine dining steak houses to fast casual Mexican spots—are celebrating with food and drink deals galore. Below are some specials to check out today.

• Slate Wine Bar and Bistro is offering a daylong happy hour from 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m. with select drafts $5 and wines and cocktails $7. The Glover Park restaurant is located at 2404 Wisconsin Avenue NW.
• Today is your last chance to get 18 percent off your meal at Buca di Beppo. Custumers can use this coupon that works for dining in or making to-go orders. The Italian restaurant is located at 1825 Connecticut Avenue NW.
• Because the IRS might take all of your money, Hard Rock Cafe says you can sing for a free Legendary Burger that’s topped with smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, a golden fried onion ring, and more. Come in between 6-8 p.m. to take advantage of the deal. The downtown cafe is located at 999 E Street NW.
• Station 4 wants you to come in for half priced wine and a $20 three-course dinner. For dessert, have a little Taxpayers Lava Cake. The restaurant, serving new American fare, is located at 1101 4th Street SW.
• If you order online at Noodles & Company, you can get $4 off any $10 purchase with the code TAXDAY. Plus, guests who bring in their “little deductibles,” (also known as children) get a free kids meal with the purchase of a regular entree. Noodles & Company is located at 1667 K Street NW, and also has locales in Maryland and Northern Va.
• Get alcoholic drinks for $5 and food items for $2-$5 at Drift on 7th. Chef Ferhat Yalcin’s newly-reimagined restaurant in Shaw is located at 1819 7th Street NW.
• The Royal is hosting an all day happy hour beginning at 3 p.m. Discounts feature $5 wines, and more. The Ledroit Park coffee shop and bar is located at 501 Florida Avenue NW.
• Vinoteca‘s outdoor patio just got better with an all day happy hour special. The popular U Street bistro is located at 1940 11th Street NW.
• Fill out a quick form to get your “1040 offer”—a $10.40 coupon for a big bagel bundle at Brueggers Bagels. The chain shop has several locations in the District.
• Buy one slice, get another free at Pete’s New Haven Style Apizza. The restaurant has locations in Columbia Heights (1400 Irving Street NW) and Friendship Heights (4940 Wisconsin Avenue NW), plus two in the surrounding region.
• Want free chips and queso at California Tortilla? Your code phrase is: “Tax Man.” Say that at check out (meaning you also have to order something) to take part in the offer. The fast casual Mexican shop has multiple locations in the D.C. region.
• Say goodbye to taxed beverages at Del Campo. For today’s deal, the restaurant isn’t adding taxes to alcoholic beverages that are ordered at the bar. The South American steak house is located at 777 I (Eye) Street NW.
• McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood & Steaks is extending its happy hour at the bar. The restaurant is located at 1652 K Street NW.
• BLT Steak is offering customers half off boozy beverages all day long. Discounts include $3-$9 food items and alcoholic beverages up to $7. The modern American steak house is located at 1625 I (Eye) Street NW.
