You’ll need a $185 ticket to eat at Kwame Onwuachi’s forthcoming restaurant. But for two days only, it will only take 14 bucks to grab a cocktail made by The Shaw Bijou’s head bartender, Ben Long.

Central Michel Richard is hosting a pop-up featuring Long’s creations on October 6 and 7 from 7 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.

The pop-up bar’s menu will feature seven drinks, priced at $14. Some of them will pay homage to the late Richard (who passed away in August) by highlighting his love of pears. Others, such as the Tritter Rickey—made with pink gin and absinthe—are straight from The Shaw Bijou’s menu.

The event offers Long a homecoming, as he was part of the team that helped open Central in 2007. Long said in a release that he’s honored to come back behind the Central bar and working at The Shaw Bijou is an opportunity to “teach the principles I learned at Central to a whole new generation of bartenders.” He also said that he’s donating all tip proceeds to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, a charity for which Richard had raised thousands of dollars.

When Top Chef star Onwuachi opens The Shaw Bijou in November, diners can expect a tailored meal, as they will receive a call from the restaurant beforehand to discuss individual preferences. The tasting menu will include 13 courses of food that the restaurant says will be “refined yet approachable.” Oh, and that $185 ticket doesn’t include tax, service, or drinks.
