Voters across this country have been at the polls since early this morning, ideally casting a complete ballot without problems. And now we’re here, waiting to see if our next president will be Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump. Update 2:35 a.m.: The AP has called Wisconsin for Donald Trump and declared him the next President of the United States.

At this very early point in the evening (7:51 p.m. EST), media outlets are calling these states:

West Virginia for Trump (5 Electoral Votes)
Indiana for Trump (11 EV)
Kentucky for Trump (8 EV)
Vermont for Clinton (3 EV)
South Carolina for Trump (9 EV)

Ohio, North Carolina and Georgia are too close to call.

New Jersey for Clinton (14 EV)
Illinois for Clinton (20 EV)
Tennessee for Trump (11 EV)

New Mexico too early to call.

Update 9:55 p.m:

Clinton is now ahead of Trump by 6,000 (!) votes in Virginia with votes from parts of Arlington and Richmond still not fully counted.

Pundits are talking about the rural and “exurbs” vote going for Trump. And they’re saying how a Trump victory would be the Second Coming of Brexit.

New Mexico to Clinton (5 EV)
Missouri to Trump (10 EV)

Iowa and Nevada are too close to call. Utah is too early to call, and that’s the state where independent candidate Utah’s Evan McMullin may surprise everyone.

Both candidates are in New York City for their election parties. Clinton’s camp says they won’t be saying anything more tongiht, because some states are still too close to call.
