Things are looking pretty normal on Metro this weekend, which is to say: Every line is running a little slow and there is at least one significant disruption.

The Blue line will only be running from Franconia Springfield to Eastern Market this weekend to accommodate track maintenance work on the Orange and Silver lines. You can hop off the Blue Line at Eastern Market and take an Orange or Silver to get where you need to go. Orange, Blue, and Silver are all running 24 minutes apart to allow for grout pad and rail work.

The Yellow Line is only running up to Mount Vernon Square, as per usual on the weekends, and trains are running 16 minutes apart. Even the Green Line, so often our savior, is running 16 minutes apart this weekend, slower than the normal weekend schedule. The Red Line is running every eight to 16 minutes.

Here’s your rundown from the transit agency:

Red Line

Trains every 8-16 minutes

Red Line trains will operate every 16 minutes between Shady Grove & Glenmont.

Additional trains will operate between Farragut North & Silver Spring between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.

Single tracking between Friendship Heights & Medical Center to allow for lighting improvements and rail/tie/fastener renewal.

Orange Line

Trains every 24 minutes

Single tracking between Eastern Market & Stadium-Armory to allow for grout pad, rail and fastener renewal.

Silver Line

Trains every 24 minutes

Single tracking between Eastern Market & Stadium-Armory to allow for grout pad, rail and fastener renewal.

Blue Line

Trains every 24 minutes to/from Eastern Market only

Trains will operate between Franconia-Springfield & Eastern Market only as a result of maintenance work on the Orange and Silver lines.

Yellow Line

Trains every 16 minutes to/from Mt. Vernon Sq. only

Trains will operate between Huntington & Mt. Vernon Sq. only as a result of maintenance work on the Green Line.

Customers traveling to/from stations between Shaw-Howard and Fort Totten must use the Green Line to continue their trip.

Green Line

Trains every 16 minutes

Single tracking between U Street & Georgia Avenue-Petworth to allow for lighting improvements.
