The citizens of Clarendon apparently cannot handle the responsibility of a free cheesecake promotion.

In honor of its 40th anniversary, the Cheesecake Factory is offering a free slice of cheesecake with all orders through DoorDash. At the Arlington Cheesecake Factory at 2900 Clarendon Blvd., this promotion caused such a ruckus that police and medics had to respond to the scene, according to ARLnow. DoorDash delivery drivers crowded the restaurant and double parked all over the building trying to get to their orders, the outlet reports.

Police asked one person to leave the restaurant, and a fight with officers ensued. The person was arrested and will be charged with disorderly conduct, ARLnow reports. That person also requested to be transported to the hospital for injuries.

Apparently, such riots for cheesecake are not unusual.
