DON YOUR KOKOSHNIKS: The annual Russian Winter Festival at Hillwood Estate is your chance to meet Grandfather Frost (that’s the Russian version of Santa) and his granddaughter, the Snow Maiden. A TOAST: It’s been five years of creative cheese plates and funky beers at Shaw’s Right Proper Brewpub. The bar and restaurant celebrates its fifth birthday by bringing back some old friends: One ticket gets you five, 4 oz pours of the “throwback and vintage beers.” Wash all that beer down with free food and live music, plus take home a bottle of the brewpub’s Le Flaneur beer.
