All three of Virginia’s top elected officials are mired in scandal. Gov. Ralph Northam and Attorney General Mark Herring have both admitted to appearing in blackface, while Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax has been accused of sexual assault. All three men are resisting calls to resign, and there are questions about what would happen should any or all of them step down.
