Labor Day weekend is quickly approaching, and for the first time in what feels like a while, all Metro lines (with the exception of the Blue and Yellow lines) are running on their regular weekend schedules. The Orange, Silver, and Green lines are running every 12-15 minutes, and the Red Line every 6-8 minutes. Of course, the Blue and Yellow Lines are still partially shut down, though they’re slated to be back to normal in a few weeks, according to WMATA.
Meanwhile, the transit agency is offering riders off-peak fares and free parking on Labor Day. Trains will run on a Sunday schedule and they will operate between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.
