In anticipation of large crowds for the 44th annual Marine Corps Marathon, extra trains will operate on the Blue and Yellow lines on Sunday.

The Yellow Line will run additional trains between Huntington and Mount Vernon Square from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. And the Blue Line will run extra trains between Franconia-Springfield and Stadium-Armory from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. The Arlington Cemetery station will open at 8 a.m.
