This Saturday, the Washington Nationals—who, ICYMI, won the freaking World Series Wednesday night—will get their much-deserved citywide celebration.

The Nationals championship parade will take place at 2 p.m. on Nov. 2 at Constitution Avenue and 15th Street NW. From there, it’ll head east on Constitution Avenue NW, culminating with a team rally on Pennsylvania Avenue and 3rd Street NW.

The route will be flanked on all sides by a pedestrian-only zone, meaning there are street closures to be aware of (more on that below). The mayor’s office is encouraging parade-goers to take Metro to the start of the route and avoid bringing cars, as parking is likely to be limited.

The closest Metro routes are Federal Triangle, Archives, and Judiciary Square, but if you want to avoid crowding, your best bet is to use Metro Center, Gallery Place, or Union Station, per the transit agency. All of these stations are less than a 10-minute walk from the parade route. If conditions near downtown become too crowded, trains may bypass stations, per a city press release. But you won’t have to wait long for the next one: Metro has canceled its scheduled track work this weekend, and will be running extra trains on Saturday to accommodate the crowds. Trains should arrive downtown every three to four minutes, per the transit agency.

“On Saturday, we want our streets packed with fans and champions, not cars,” Mayor Muriel Bowser said in a press release announcing the Metro schedule. “With Metro running rush-hour service all day on Saturday, there are no excuses for trying to drive downtown.”

If Metro is not your thing, there are other (non-car) modes of transportation to consider. The District Department of Transportation will have bikeshare corrals at 15th Street NW and E Street NW, on Constitution Ave and 2nd Street NW, and on 7th Street SW and Independence Ave SW.

Dockless vehicle corrals will be made available at 7th Street NW and E Street NW, 7th Street SW and Independence Ave SW, and 14th Street NW and E Street NW.

If you absolutely insist on driving in, there will be a rideshare drop off and pickup zone at Independence Avenue SW between 14th Street SW and 3rd Street SW.

ADA pickup and drop off are encouraged at 4th Street SW and Independence Ave SW, and at 12th Street NW and Pennsylvania Ave NW.

Here’s a map with all of that information for my visual learners:
