Begin your holiday festivities
Ring in the holidays at the Downtown Holiday Market. Now in its 15th year, the festive market will bring more than 150 regional artisans, crafters, and businesses to show off their goods, such as jewelry, paintings, or pottery. Made in D.C. will set up a booth at the market where visitors can check out local products and designs. On the opening day, enjoy live music from an acapella group, a Latin jazz band, and an acoustic vocalist. Attendees can enter a raffle to win a prize by taking pictures at the market’s Nutcrackers and the JOY statue in front of the Smithsonian American Art Museum. With the exception of Thanksgiving day, the market will be open daily until December 23.
F Street NW between 7th and 9th streets NW, Friday, 11:30 a.m.-8 p.m., open through Dec. 23
