It’s that time of year again. That time when you shamelessly listen to “Last Christmas” by Wham! on repeat. You search the dark corners of the internet for a Secret Santa gift for someone you probably haven’t spoken to in years. And holiday party invites crowd your inbox. Or maybe they don’t. What I’m saying is, you’re starting to feel the holiday spirit.

To get fully festive, you find yourself searching Amazon for ugly Christmas sweaters and stumble on … wait. What is that? Something’s off.

Oh boy. While Amazon lists ugly Christmas T-shirts with the correct shape for most states (because what says “Seasons Greetings” like a Mississippi state flag shirt?), we’ve got ourselves a classic Washington mixup with this tee.

According to the product description, it’s a shirt “for Washington DC and home state pride fans everywhere … Original State Flag artwork with funny text – and a classic Washington DC state State Flag image.” Yup, for just $21.99, you can support a different kind of D.C. statehood. (And in three colors, too!) So far, it has no reviews on the online retailer.

But the D.C. Council’s official Twitter feed isn’t feeling it:
