Fox News will stage a two-hour online town hall with President Donald Trump at the Lincoln Memorial on Sunday.

The event is supposed to be held in accordance with social distancing guidelines, meaning there will be no public access. But it will still shut down the Lincoln Memorial and the surrounding grounds beginning early in the morning. Arlington Memorial Bridge and other major thoroughfares in the vicinity will start shutting down at noon.

Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum will co-host the event—titled “America Together: Returning to Work”—from 7 to 9 p.m. Trump will be answering viewer-submitted questions, according to Fox News.

A White House aide told Axios that the president is feeling cooped up in the White House and wants to give America an image of what reopening looks like. “He’s eager to get out of the building,” the aide said. “The weather’s getting to be nicer.” (Temperatures have reached the 70s this weekend, though there are chances of scattered thunderstorms on Sunday).

It’s not Trump’s first time staging a major event from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. He upended years of Independence Day tradition by hosting a military celebration on July 4 last year, and he has said the event will continue this year, despite concerns about the coronavirus pandemic.

While the National Mall has been far quieter than normal these days, the grounds and open-air memorials have otherwise remained accessible to the public. The National Park Service and U.S. Park Police said that in addition to the Lincoln Memorial, the Korean War Veterans Memorial and Vietnam Veterans Memorial will be closed from noon to midnight on Sunday.
