This was an ill-fated year almost from the start, but on Thursday, locals noted on Twitter that plenty of places in D.C. were giving off bad vibes well before 2020.
On Thursday, a user named Layla Dhere listed her top choices for cursed places in the city, including any and all Chopt locations and the entire Metro Red Line.

Anyone who has flown out of DCA’s Gate 35X knows this is true. (Luckily, the airport, which itself called 35X “infamously congested,” is building a new concourse to replace movement through through the notorious gate.)
