FRIEND CIRCLE: Break out the panoramic feature on your camera for your ride on Float Boat 360, a circular boat that cruises the Potomac. DAHLIAS, DAH-LING: Wow your Insta followers with your summer bouquet of dahlias with this two-hour Made in D.C. class. Learn how to best display the Magnificent Dahlias blossoms and and why local sourcing is so important.
