While many people in the region have already voted early by mail, others are still heading to the polls in person.

Nationally, Pew Research Center reports 33% of voters plan to cast their ballot on Election Day and 21% plan to vote early at a physical polling place.

If you’re among those planning to vote in-person, several transportation companies in the region are providing free or discounted rides to the polls in an effort to make voting as accessible as possible.
