Constituent Services Worldwide Public Benefit Corporation is innovating the workforce development space with educational training programs designed to reduce career stagnation, unemployment and underemployment for individuals across the socio-economic spectrum.
The pandemic has altered the landscape of the job market and forced employers to re-evaluate the workforce, including positions that have performed better remotely or could be performed cheaper through automation. CSW anticipated employers’ reorganizing their employee structures and its impact on the workforce. Hence, in the last 14 months, CSW has doubled the number of nationally recognized certification courses, expanded our services to a broader population of constituents, and initialized a new model to achieve higher credential attainment, work readiness, and career placement outcomes for our students and alumni.
To facilitate the movement of D.C. residents to a higher quality of life, CSW renovated the iconic State Room event space in the heart Capitol Hill into a multifaceted job creation facility. The new space, now the designated Consortium for Sustainable Workforces (“The Consortium”), has an open floor plan that can be subdivided to the unique needs of a project and includes space for co-working, live performances, green screen video studio, production studios, vocal recording booth, salon booth rentals, and catering within the commercial kitchen.
The space is opening July 6th, 2021, to the general public and will be staffed exclusively by the graduates of the Certification School Worldwide.
