Wetherbee and Lane will chat with local comedians Haywood Turnipseed Jr. and Andrew Bucket, and drag performer and entertainer Domingø. CLUB OPENING: This Friday, get ready for the grand opening of the District’s latest nightclub: Sachi. Described by the owners as “an Asian-influenced secret garden oasis,” the club is one of the latest initiatives from the team behind UnionTrust whiskey bar. (Sachi Nightclub; 10 p.m.)
NOTRE DAME: On Thursday, a piece of the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris will be on display on the National Mall. Handshouse Studio, in partnership with Charpentiers sans Frontiéres and Catholic University, has reconstructed a replica of the majestic building’s Truss #6. If you miss it on the Mall, the installation is being moved to the National Building Museum this weekend. (National Building Museum; 11 a.m.-4 p.m.; $10 tickets to museum)

COMEDY & CAUSE: This weekend, the bar Saloon on U Street is hosting a free night of comedy. The Kinda Live Comedy Saloon Showcase will feature local comics — and proceeds from the bar go to building schools around the world. (Saloon; 7:30 p.m.; FREE)
FAM FRIENDLY DANCE: Get your groove on this weekend with DC9, for a (truly!) family-friendly dance party on the roof. Billed as an opportunity to “introduce your kid to good music and hang out at a bar you frequented before you had a kid.” (DC9 Nightclub; 3 p.m.; FREE)
WATER LANTERN: On Saturday, National Harbor SouthPointe will host the regional annual Water Lantern Festival. GO-GO: On Sunday, head to the third and final day of the Go-Go Battle of the Bands. The three-day event begins on Friday at the National Sylvan Theatre on the National Mall. For a fee, you can snag backstage passes in addition to catching some live music. (The National Sylvan Theatre; 1 p.m.; FREE)
HELLA MEGA: On Sunday, a different type of heavy-hitters are coming to Nationals Park. The Hella Mega tour includes Green Day, Fall Out Boy, and Weezer — and they’re in the District this Sunday. This show was originally scheduled for August 2020 — and if you purchased tickets last year those passes are still valid for the show. (Nationals Park; 4:30 p.m. doors; $29.50 +)
