BOOK TALK: The Hill Center at the Old Naval Hospital hosts New York Times bestselling author and historian Alex Kershaw for a discussion of his latest book. Against All Odds is the untold story of four of the most decorated soldiers of World War II. (Hill Center, 7 p.m., $10)

DAY OF PLAY: Enjoy a day of play at The Fields at RFK Campus with Events DC during spring break. Assemble your field day team for an afternoon full of food trucks, music, and games, like frisbee, rugby, wiffleball and more. While youth registration has ended, adults can still sign up. PIZZA AND BEER: Pizzeria Paradiso launches a collaboration with City State Brewing with a Lemongrass Basil Saison beer on tap ($8) and a special crust made from the same grain used during the brewing process. TITANIC MEMORIAL: To commemorate the 110th anniversary of the sinking of the RMS Titanic and celebrate five years of the park, the Titanic Memorial on D.C.’s southwest waterfront is hosting a week of tours and events, including a wreath laying. (Titanic Memorial, 9:30 p.m., FREE)

FLOWERS AFTER HOURS: National Gallery Nights are back! At this edition of the recurring after-hours parties at the museum, explore all things floral from Dutch still life paintings to Vincent van Gogh’s famous sunflowers, while enjoying a DJ set, pop-up cello performance, and live paper flower art. You can also explore the museum’s newest exhibition, Afro-Atlantic Histories. (National Gallery of Art, 6 p.m., FREE)

COMEDY BENEFIT: Laugh and enjoy delicious snacks for a good cause at this humanitarian comedy show benefiting Ukraine. Crown and Crow hosts local comedians while offering speciality cocktails and snacks from D Light Café. (Crown and Crow, 8 p.m., $20)
