Rolling To Remember will take place on Sunday, closing several roadways around D.C.

Traffic in D.C. will be more of a mess than usual this weekend, with two events closing roads on Saturday and Sunday.

The United House of Prayer March will shut down roadways near Shaw and Logan Circle on Saturday, and D.C. police say residents should expect delays if you’re venturing in the vicinity of the event. The following streets will be closed to vehicles on Saturday. (For a full list of street and parking restrictions, click here.)

From 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.:

  • M Street from 6th Street to 7th Street, NW

From 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.:

  • 6th Street from L Street to S Street, NW
  • S Street from 5th Street to 14th Street, NW
  • 13th Street from S Street to O Street, NW
  • Logan Circle, NW
  • P Street from 14th Street to 6th Street, NW
  • 7th Street from Q Street to L Street, NW

On Sunday, motorcyclists from around country are expected to descend on downtown for the annual Rolling to Remember event, honoring veterans and those killed at war. Riders will gather at RFK Stadium, according to the even itinerary, before the ride around the National Mall begins at noon. Click here for a full list of parking and traffic restrictions.   • Eastbound Independence Avenue from 19th Street, SE to entrance to RFK Lot 8
  • East Capitol Street from 19th Street to 22nd Street, SE

  • Southeast Boulevard from Barney Circle to 11th Street, SE

From 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.:

  • The ramp to Maine Avenue from westbound I-395
  • Constitution Avenue from 23rd Street to 3rd Street, NW
  • Independence Avenue from 23rd Street to 3rd Street, SW
  • 3rd Street from Constitution Avenue, NW to C Street, SW
  • 4th Street from Pennsylvania Avenue, NW to C Street, SW
  • 6th Street from Pennsylvania Avenue, NW to Maryland Avenue, SW
  • 7th Street from Pennsylvania Avenue, NW to E Street, SW
  • 9th Street from Pennsylvania Avenue to Constitution Avenue, NW
  • The 9th Street Tunnel
  • 10th Street from Pennsylvania Avenue to Constitution Avenue, NW

From 11:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.:

  • No traffic will be allowed to travel westbound on I-695 from I-295 (eastbound lanes will remain open)
  • The ramp to westbound I-695 at 11th Street and K Street, SE will be closed
  • The ramp to westbound I-695 at 3rd Street and Virginia Avenue, SE will be closed
  • The ramp from northbound South Capitol Street to westbound I-395 will be closed
  • The ramp from southbound 3rd Street Tunnel to westbound I-395 will be closed

On Monday, the National Memorial Day Parade is returning from a pandemic hiatus. The parade will kick off at 2 p.m. on Constitution Avenue. For a full list of parking and traffic restrictions, click here. The following streets will be closed to vehicles:
