Metro operations will be fairly normal this weekend, aside from some single tracking on the Orange and Green lines.
On the Green Line, trains will single track between Fort Totten and Hyattsville Crossing as crews perform rail and fastener renewal. Orange Line trains will single track between East Falls Church and West Falls Church for equipment installation. And, of course, the Yellow and Blue line closures continue.

Red Line
- Trains run every 10 minutes.
Orange Line
- Trains run every 15 minutes.
- Single tracking between East Falls Church and West Falls Church
Silver Line
- Trains run every 15 minutes
Green Line
- Trains run every eight minutes between Branch Ave and Georgia Ave, every 16 minutes between Georgia Ave and Greenbelt.
- Single tracking between Fort Totten and Hyattsville Crossing.
- Trains will operate from Branch Ave to Georgia Ave, with every other train operating to Greenbelt. Riders travelling to stations between Georgia Ave and Greenbelt should get on Greenbelt-bound trains, and transfer at Georgia Ave to the next train toward Greenbelt.
Yellow Line
- There is no Yellow Line service until 2023. Riders should use the Green or Blue lines.
- Express shuttle service will run between Huntington and Pentagon City every six minutes.
- A local shuttle will run between the Huntington, Eisenhower Avenue, King St-Old Town, Braddock Road, and Crystal City stations every 10-15 minutes. This shuttle will not stop at the airport, so those traveling between National Airport and Greenbelt should use the Blue or Green line.
Blue Line
- Trains will run every 15 minutes between National Airport and New Carrollton/Largo Town Center
- The Franconia-Springfield, Van Dorn Street, King St-Old Town, and Braddock Road stations are closed.
- An express shuttle will run between Franconia-Springfield and Pentagon/Pentagon City every 6 minutes, and a Blue Line local shuttle will run between Franconia-Springfield, Van Dorn St, King St-Old Town, Braddock Road, and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport every 10-20 minutes.
