WORLD CUP: The 2022 World Cup means there are watch parties all over the D.C., with some bars stay open 24 hours a day. Kick off the tournament with the first U.S. Men’s National Team game versus Wales with an all-day event in Dupont Circle. The Welsh Government and Dupont Festival sponsor the event with live art, Welsh food, giveaways, pre-game American and Welsh soccer tunes, the Netherlands vs. Senegal match screening earlier in the day, and finally, the match screening itself at 2 p.m. (Dupont Circle; 9 a.m.; FREE admission)
