Baby Born in Driveway of Northwest D.C. Home
Dad Dan Swanson pulled into a driveway on Nebraska Avenue near Military Road NW and called 911, but gave dispatchers the wrong address.
According to a press release, the mayoral hopeful visited the Office of Unified Communications at 10:30 a.m. this morning to find that only three ambulances were available to be dispatched.

When you call 911 these days, operators may get your name and location, but not much more than that. A new service that D.C. is rolling out today will allow residents to provide significantly more information that could be of use of police or first responders.
