We were supposed to run an interview with Olek, the artist who yesterday “yarn-bombed” the Albert Einstein Memorial. Unfortunately, our reporter’s iPhone was damaged by yesterday’s rainstorm and lost the recording.
Earlier today, the visual artist Olek snuck up on the Albert Einstein Memorial outside the National Academy of Sciences and wrapped it—head-to-toe—in yarn. But some party pooper took it down.
