Yesterday, D.C. police arrested 47-year-old Albrecht Gero Muth for the murder of his wife, 91-year-old Viola Drath, inside their residence on the 3200 block of Q Street NW. And while Muth has insisted he is innocent, a discrepancy in the timeline of the case is hanging over him.
